Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Domain DESGNR ("PresenceOS", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and application (the "Service"). It supplements, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.

In short: we use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, to process payments, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner (where shown) and your browser settings.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include local storage, pixels, and SDKs that perform comparable functions. Cookies may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider we use). They may last only for your session ("session cookies") or persist across visits ("persistent cookies").

2. Categories of cookies we use

Category What it does Can you turn it off?
Strictly necessary Authentication/session, security, load balancing, and core functionality. The Service won't work properly without these. No (required)

Analytics / performance Helps us understand usage and improve the Service (e.g., which features are used, where errors occur). Yes

We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. (Confirm against the live configuration — see attorney notes.)

3. Cookies and technologies in use

Specific cookies vary by area of the Service and provider updates. The current providers and purposes are:

Provider Purpose Category Party Typical duration
Authentication provider Keeps you signed in; secures your session Strictly necessary First-party Session / [confirm]
Payment processor Processes checkout and helps prevent payment fraud Strictly necessary Third-party Session–persistent [confirm]
Hosting provider Serves and secures the app; load handling Strictly necessary First-party Session [confirm]

Product analytics provider Measures feature usage to improve the Service Analytics First/third-party [~12 months — confirm]
Error-monitoring provider Captures errors and performance for debugging Analytics/performance Third-party [confirm]

⚠️ Exact cookie names and durations should be enumerated by a cookie scan before publishing (the project already uses a Termly-based setup that can generate this inventory). Update this table with the scan output.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by the third-party providers above when their functionality is present (e.g., the payment processor during checkout). Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. We don't control third-party cookies beyond choosing whether to use the provider.

5. Your choices

  • Cookie banner / preferences: where required (e.g., in the EEA/UK), we present a consent banner so you can accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice at any time via [cookie settings link].
  • Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Service.
  • Analytics opt-out: you can reject analytics cookies via the banner; we honor recognized opt-out signals where required.
  • Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: we respond to GPC where legally required.

6. Consent

Where required by law (e.g., EU/UK ePrivacy rules), we set non-essential cookies only after you consent, and strictly necessary cookies without consent. Elsewhere, by using the Service you agree to our use of cookies as described, subject to your choices above.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as our providers or practices change; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
