AI Usage Disclosure
Last updated: June 23, 2026
This AI Usage Disclosure explains how PresenceOS uses artificial intelligence. It is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Service. We've kept it plain-language on purpose.
Summary
- Most of what PresenceOS produces — your logo and brand assets, brand character, brand voice, website, images, video, and copy — is AI-generated.
- We use third-party AI models to do it. Your Inputs are sent to those providers to generate your Output.
- AI output can be wrong, generic, or similar to others' output, and may not be protectable by copyright. It is not professional advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing Output before you use or publish it. PresenceOS provides a review/approval step; the decision to publish is yours.
1. What is AI-generated
Depending on your plan and actions, the Service generates: brand logos and asset systems; a brand character (a synthetic persona/visual identity); a brand voice (synthetic audio identity); color, typography, and environment imagery; full websites; and social content (images, video, carousels, and written copy). Generated content is created from your Inputs and our prompts.
2. Which AI providers we use
The Service is powered by third-party AI model providers for text, image, video, and voice generation. We may change the underlying providers as we improve the Service. Your use of AI features is also subject to those providers' applicable usage policies.
3. How your data is used for AI
- To generate Output, your relevant Inputs are transmitted to the AI providers above.
- Training: PresenceOS does not use your Customer Content to train our own foundation models. The major model providers we use through their business/API offerings generally do not train their models on data submitted via the API by default; however, each provider's terms govern, and you should review them. (Confirm current provider terms and any opt-outs — see attorney notes.)
- We may use de-identified and/or aggregated data and operational metadata to monitor quality and improve the Service.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information into AI features that you would not want processed by third-party providers.
4. Accuracy and limitations
AI output is probabilistic. It can be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate, and it can "hallucinate" facts, names, prices, or claims. Output may not match your brand perfectly and may require editing. Output is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Output without independent review.
5. Originality and ownership
- Subject to the Terms, the Output generated for you is yours to use for your business.
- But: AI output is not guaranteed to be unique — similar output may be generated for others — and, under current law in many jurisdictions, purely AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright or other exclusive protection. You may not be able to stop others from using similar content.
- You are responsible for ensuring your Inputs and your use of Output do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Your responsibility to review (human-in-the-loop)
The Service is an assistant, not a substitute for your judgment. You must review and approve Output before publishing. PresenceOS provides a pre-publish review/approval step; once you approve or direct publication, content may be posted to your Connected Accounts automatically.
7. Brand characters and synthetic voices
Brand characters and voices generated by the Service are synthetic and should not be presented as real people. You may not use them to impersonate a real, identifiable person, and you must not upload a real person's face or voice without that person's consent. Synthetic-voice features may implicate biometric-privacy laws in some places (see attorney notes).
8. No performance guarantee
AI-generated content does not guarantee any outcome — including reach, engagement, traffic, search ranking, conversions, or revenue.
9. Prohibited AI uses
Generative misuse (impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, infringement, disinformation, safety-filter evasion, etc.) is prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this disclosure as our AI features and providers change. Questions: [support@presenceos.io].
